Ms. Donna Crudup is amazing. She is so attentive to our needs. She is so knowledgeable to all the questions that we asked. She made the patient smile and feel comfortable. She is kind and went well and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Ms Donna for all you do, it is truly appreciated.

Thank you Mariah Parham- Franklin for the help provided to my Partner, although I was not the patient, we were heard and taken care of! Staff provided warm blankets to keep him as comfortable as possible and a snack after being in the ER most of the day. Our visit was thorough and we were satisfied with the results. Stacy was our nurse and she was just absolutely amazing.

I was here last night and immediately got seen and went to the back where my issues were addressed and a game plan was set in motion. Ms. Donna made sure I was looked after and comfortable providing me with a warm blanket and pillow and checking on me as much as she could. The nurses were nice, thorough and also patient. I wasn’t forgotten about or disregarded. Every course of action was explained in detail and all questions I had were answered. I walked out feeling satisfied with answers and a sense of relief. Thank you to the staff who take care of me and a special thank you to Ms. Donna.

Worst experience ever!! Left there way worse then when I showed up. Had four people try to get IV then blow my arm up trying to give me contrast in an IV that wasn't working. Then the girl taking the x-ray wanted to talk and apologize while I'm screaming to get IV out of my arm. I finally told her to stop apologizing and explaining and get out of my arm then she wants to explain it is not going to help. Well it damn sure won't hurt any worst just get out of my arm. Then came in with ultra sound machine to try to get IV again guy said he wasn't actually really doing it. He used to do at other hospital he used to work at but not here. He couldn't get it they have now messed up both my arms and my foot and never got IV. I'm waiting for results of other test and they came in wanting to know if

My husband, Chris Szwagiel, and I would like to sincerely thank everyone here for everything you did to help us during a very stressful time when we thought he was having a cardiac event. From the sweet young lady at the front desk to all of the great staff we encountered, most especially to Dr. Rita and Nathan, we would give 100 stars if we could!!! Such professionalism, kindness, caring and attention to even the slightest details was our experience there!! It was our first time going to this hospital and we were absolutely blown away with all of the positivity and genuine concern that all staff showed for us. What a gem! We truly are grateful beyond measure to all of you and rest easy knowing that we have such a top notch facility so close to home!! God bless each and every one of you!!!
