Very intrusive practice. I received a call from her staff since my daughter hasn’t been in almost 2 years. Asked where she’s been so I told him we typically don’t go to the doctor unless the child ill or there’s an active reason. He cut me off multiple times to insist “well we out wellness as a top priority” as if we do not. Kept saying we need to stay caught up on immunizations. Major red flags speaking to him. As if, they just need “customers” and to jab folks more. Insanely intrusive and not at all pleasant. Highly recommend you find elsewhere

Absolutely unprofessional. Rude comments made by staff about my son whenever he's seen. They don't answer phones ever.....do not take your kids here.

Tried to schedule an appointment for my kids since this places is close to me. The receptionist is very rude, puts you on hold for more than 10 mins and then comes back on the phone and pretends not to hear you, and hangs up on you. I will never know if the doctor is actually good because unfortunately you can’t get pass the incompetence at the front desk, or whoever is answering their phones. When I called back and told her she hung up on me. She puts me on hold again. I had to hang up and call back again, because how you gone put me on hold again when I was the only calling? The unprofessionalism at the beginning makes this whole practice look bad.

Dr. Ona is one of the most loving doctors I know. She listens, she doesn't rush to get the visit over, she is caring, she is sweet. I have been taking my kids to her for years. I have never had problems. Mrs. Sophia is so kind. If I could give more stars I would. The staff is amazing! 🌟

I really appreciate Maria! She seems like a really genuine person that cares for children. My son is on the spectrum and she helped my mom and I with different resources so my son can get the help he needs! The staff I met (I’m not sure if it’s different people that work there) are understanding and kind, I definitely recommend this place.
