I have been going to this dental office for many years. I always had a pleasant experience and look forward to my next office visit. Everyone that I came across demonstrated a high level of respect and professionalism. My dentist is Catalina Cardona. I would not hesitate to recommend her!

This office is absolutely terrible. They have canceled my appointment multiple times, including twice the day of AFTER I called and/or arrived at the office. Finally, when I came in for my last appointment, I was told that they do not take my insurance. I had previously clarified that my insurance had changed over the phone, and they let me know it was fine. However, once I came into the office, I was told otherwise. The receptionists argued with me about how the patient has to clarify which insurance plan specifically it was changed to and how it can’t be foreseen until the day patient comes in and what not. Nice practice - Dr Reyes, staff and office are good but scheduling / keeping appointment times need improvement. I was there for over 3 hours for an extraction - I waited 1 hour for them to take an x-ray then almost 2 hours to see the surgeon. The procedure took about 15 minutes. I was very clear when making the 12:30 appointment that I needed to leave by 2:30 to pick up my child from school, they assured me that it wouldn't be an issue, then it went an hour over that. It seemed that everyone in the waiting room was there for a similar amount of time. Waiting room was crowded since everyone was there for several hours. Please value your patients' time.

I've been a loyal patient for several years and HIGHLY recommend this dental office for good and honest service. I always have a great experience here and I know that I'm in good hands. The office is clean, bright, and modern with the latest equipment. All staff members (receptionist, assistants and dentists) are friendly, warm and attentive. I have a huge fear of dentists; but the staff are so welcoming that they make you feel super comfortable, which definitely helps diminish my fear! Dr. Dallas is very professional, thorough and overall amazing. She is knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. She takes her time explaining everything she is doing and makes me feel at ease. I always leave satisfied and pain-free. Never going to any other dental office!
