Place blows. Currently waiting for over 50 minutes for my 4 year olds appointment. They think our time doesn’t matter. It’s after 7pm on school night and I got my kid at appointment for almost an hour now. Dr think our time doesn’t matter

Horrifying and disturbing. They don’t care about patients only the money they are receiving for copays. DO NOT COME HERE. Receptionists are rude and unprofessional. Doctors do not know children’s history and are utterly confused at all times. Wait times are so long when no one is even in the office. They do not care about anything.

The quality of care and concern for my three kids under the age of 5 is just as good as it was five years ago when we switched to Marg & Kroll! My only issue at times is the wait time , but they do their best to take as many sick appointments as possible! The front desk secretary/aid “Lyanna” (I’m sorry if it’s misspelled) is the hidden gem of the place! She’s ALWAYS calm, professional and attentive.

Best pediatrician office. You can always get an appointment. They have hours SEVEN days a week. They have late hours. Dr. Pelley is the best there. She takes her time and answers all questions. She’s extremely thorough. She Really cares about the kids she’s treating.

I went to this office for my child right after birth until now. they were good in the beginning then started to slowly go downhill. started leaving things out of their "notes" putting her name in their system wrong and forgetting if they gave her certain vaccines. they also told me not to take my child to the dentist until she was 2 which guidelines now state your child needs to go after getting their first teeth. I loved this Dr in the beginning and now I no longer take my child there. best decision I ever made
