I've been going to this office for over 2 years for my 2 year old and now for my newborn. We have seen a variety of doctors and I am happy to be a repeat customer here. I feel confident that they care about my children and their success in their growth and well-being. The desk staff and nurses have always been friendly to us. I really like that they offer a block of time just for newborns to try to reduce the spread of germs to them. I have never had trouble being able to get an appointment if I have a concern and always get a call back if I leave a health related question message for a nurse or doctor. Overall I am happy with our experiences here and plan to continue going to this office for the foreseeable future!

This practice has no interest your child’s well being I would encourage anyone who is a patient or has a child that is a patient to stop seeing them immediately. I called to ask to speak to my daughters doctor and I was immediately met with hostility and aggression on as to why I have a question about my daughters well being and the care they are providing for her. Asking to speak to a health care provider should never be met with hostility. You are dealing with children here, and you are supposed to be the people that protect them and provide the information to the parents, but instead you want to make everyone else’s life harder by being rude. Today, my wife shared her experience at this office, and unfortunately, the front desk customer service was atrocious. The woman with tattoos on her right forearm was completely ignorant and unfit to be interacting with patients especially at the front desk, which represents the face of the practice. If she is going to be the first point of contact, this is incredibly embarrassing. She is dealing with people and their children something that requires sensitivity, kindness, and understanding. As her husband, I will always protect my family, and I will not tolerate anyone disrespecting my wife or children. When I first heard about this, I was appalled. This practice is a disgrace with the way they think it's ok for them to make medical decisions for our children instead of working with the family as a team to make decisions about what is best. I asked for a simple referral for my daughter for chiropractic care which is covered by our insurance but needs a referral from her primary as per protocol. My daughter was told that “the staff does not believe in chiropractic so no she can’t have the referral “. Since when are primary care practitioners in charge of making decisions for other people’s children? I was not asking to take their child to the chiropractor just mine.
