If I could give this place zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. The receptionist is rude, and hung up in our face and we’re required to book an appointment, for her to see our child in order to release our records. The last time we came, the doctor was doing both check‑ins and seeing patients at the same time. It was very unprofessional. Dr. Aliya does not explain things, she is always in a rush and so quick to give shots. Please run from this place! Your children' s health are better off somewhere else.

If I can give this place ZERO stars I would. I don’t know how this place is still in business. I would never recommend this place to a human. All she cares about is giving your kids shot. I told her my child doesn’t need it she told me my kid will die if I don’t give her it . I was almost shock !! Please stay far away she is rude she doesn’t talk to your kids worst place EVER !!!

I was very disappointed with our recent visit. From my understanding, it is routine for 12-month checkups to include screening for iron and lead levels, but this was never mentioned or offered for my baby. I also felt very uncomfortable with the manner in which the vaccines were administered. Overall, I left the appointment feeling uneasy and dissatisfied with the care provided.

I just left the office after scheduling an appointment for both my children over a week ago. They called to tell me to change my pcp yesterday and i did and confirmed with the insurance. When I got to the office the front admin told me they were not showing Dr Aliya as the PCP. She also told me there was nothing she could do and I had to reschedule. Well after taking a day off and my children out of school early I refused to accept that and called my insurance to rectify the situation and they got on the line with me right away and offered to speak to the office. She refused to speak to them , told me to wait. I waited another 39 mins and when I approached her again to find out what was happening. She told me the person who would verify the information was on break and I would just have

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE.. The Dr did not talk to my almost 5 month baby at all and my baby was smiling and happy. She ignored the reason I told her I was there and insisted on giving my baby shots when my baby JUST received them less than a month ago. Then she wanted me to sign a form saying I’m refusing vaccinations which I did NOT sign because I wasn’t refusing them. It just wasn’t time for them yet. The worst part is she was incredibly musty it stunk up the whole room. The room had used tissues on the ground and what I hoped was chocolate as well. Save your time. Save your money.
