Dr. Smith and her team were extremely kind and professional. This is by far the best experience I’ve had at a doctors office and I plan on continuing to come here for primary care.

Terrible communication. I’m a Broward patient and I’ve had an emergency and needed to go to the ER. The doctor at the hospital asked me to visit my PCP. It took two days to be able to schedule and appointment at this location only to find out 3 hours before the appointment that I needed to change my PCP in order to get my insurance coverage. I did, they called this place and my insurance called them and let them know I needed to come in urgently and it was okay to come. I arrived at this place only to find out that they didn’t accept pregnant ladies, although I had told the appointment center I was pregnant and had an emergency and needed to see my PCP as soon as possible. Nothing was done! They had two days to call me and let me know if they had a problem with my insurance and instead of

Dr. Smith is the absolute worst!! Is completely covered up like you’re contagious when she comes in the room and you can’t understand anything she’s saying under the mask. Spends as little time with you as possible. Messes up paperwork constantly, and when you call to address this she has the nurse tell you to make an appointment. Go in for that appointment, she has the nurse to tell you to wait (what feels like indefinitely) and then has the nurse tell you the paperwork is fine and to leave. Basically your visit is through the Nurse. And then charges you for that visit where nothing got done.

I wish I had checked the reviews before scheduling an appointment here. This is, by far, the worst interaction I’ve ever had with a medical office. I waited 2 months to be seen by Dr. Smith only to arrive at my appointment and be told they don’t accept my insurance, which isn’t true. I found Dr. Smith through the Anthem BCBS website. She’s listed as an in network provider (just like the entirety of the Broward Health Network). The woman at the front desk looked at my insurance card, tells me they don’t take my insurance, then shows me a printed email from December 2023 stating they don’t take Anthem (it’s July 2024). Since all my doctors are in BHN and take my insurance I asked how that was possible. She kept saying she “didn’t know” and when I asked why they would schedule an appointmen

This place is extremely disorganized, made an appointment and waited 3+ hours for the doctor. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt and went to a follow up, left even more disappointed. I decided to call my insurance and change my primary care center after 2 failed experiences.
