Dr Nichols has been my physician before she was my primary care physician. I worked with her in ER when she was an ER MD. One unfortunate evening I became the patient after an ATV accident and the care she provided made me know as a staff member in the ED and on The ambulance service the professional she was. Not only was she a super doc she was a neonate and pediatric RN prior to her doctorate. Which is rarely seen. Working with her and a peds case meant she she could handle it all. I feel so fortunate to have had her as my PCP for over 20 yrs + now. Thanks so much for your skill and all you’ve done.

Dr. Nichols is the ONLY doctor I will see and she is the ONLY doctor I trust. They treat you like family, they all listen to you. It definitely helps ease the anxiety I used to have about doctor visits. I feel heard and valued as a patient, and she takes her role as your doctor seriously. Dr. Nichols is real and upfront, and she takes her time with you. None of that in and out stuff without listening to your concerns. Having a family doctor means having conversations, even tough ones sometimes, because she truly cares about you. They are all empathetic and passionate about what they do. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!!! And it's a plus that we get a good giggle in during the visit. I always walk out feeling confident about my health and wellness.

I love Dr Nichols, her office is a place that makes you feel welcome. Dr Nichols and her staff truly care about what’s going on in your life. She hits every angle. I love talking with her on my appointment days. She doesn’t look down on anyone and makes you feel heard. For the first time in YEARS, she finally has me on the right medication for my depression, panic attacks, and severe anxiety. I can finally live my life as a “normal” person, and it’s thanks to Dr Nichols.

Margaret Nichols is the most unprofessional person( I dare not call her a Doctor) I have ever encountered. Immediately on my first appointment I thought there was a uncomfortable baby in the back, only to find out it was her grandson (1yr old) who belongs to her daughter that works in the office. No regards to the sick people waiting in the waiting room they blatantly let the boy cry as if they were home.. After being there almost 3 hours she came in the room and never introduced herself to me as a new patient. She went on a rant about the ghetto and her political views. After taking as much as I could stomach, I interrupted and said can we get on with it. She got up grabbed the apparatus used for checking the ear canal ( never disinfectanting it look in both ears and hung it back on the

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I would never recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. After making a laundry list of health issues they were all blown off. During pregnancy she advised me if I didn’t keep food down I would have a brain dead baby(obviously I can’t help vomiting) as well as telling me my unborn child was not a good idea/thing. Once asking for paperwork to accommodate work from home, she advised “you’re just mad you aren’t getting your way”. When asking if I was suppose to live every day in pain, she shrugged her shoulders. Again I would not recommend to anyone.
