It's stupid to force someone to wait 5 days to get a different vaccine when they can be mixed. I had encountered a very rude pharmacist on the phone when I called to inquire. I would recommend going elsewhere until they resolve this issue with the pharmacy, as they may treat you differently.

Talked to a male pharmacist, and he was not willing to go above to help me. He said you have the bottles. Also he would not look up the prices right away, like other pharmacys do. He told me to call back after he has filled it. Very poor service.

Karen K in the pharmacy not only snapped at my disabled mother TWICE on the phone (impatient while we had questions about an appointment), but she was also rude in person AND had us standing waiting while she had a personal convo with someone . After a hip replacement, that’s not ok, and Karen knew what she was doing. She kept looking over. Some people take joy in using their small bit of influence to assert control. She is one of those people. Get your prescriptions filled elsewhere. If you’re management, this is the sort of treatment that you wouldn’t pick up on unless customers bother to tell you. Be careful.

I love this pharmacy. I won't go anywhere else. The whole staff is so friendly, always helpful, and wonderful.
