MARBLE HILL DENTAL OFFICE.

One of my worst experience I ever had in my life long wait with appointment not professional staff cold office, I can go on on.

I had the pleasure of getting my routine dental check up today at Marble Hill Dental Office. I'm surprised about the reviews regarding the front desk because I arrived a bit early for my appointment and was checked in and seen immediately. The dentist was very knowledgeable and thorough and I had all my needs addressed.

This practice is terrible and very unprofessional!!!! The front desk staff are rude and are always on their phones. The office always has long extensive wait times. They do not give you the decency to inform you that your doctor is running 5 patients behind. The assistants do not introduce themselves and assumes everyone speaks Spanish. The dentist rushes through everything and doesn’t take time to explain or develop a relationship with you. I do not recommend this practice to anyone as they do not handle people with care.

I have used this dentist for the last two years and really appreciated the work Dr. Rojas was doing and was willing to put up with an amount of disorder at the front desk and with billing to continue seeing her. However, the last two visits under duress of needing more than a biannual cleaning, the office really let me down. Care plans were not communicated clearly, appointments were made unnecessarily, and my needs as a customer were not met. When I went to find care elsewhere, I also got the run around trying to get x-rays transferred from this office to another office.

The woman at the desk (She said her name is Minelsa) is extremely rude and disrespectful. She treats people in a despotic manner. In addition, they give you an appointment time that is not kept because it is first come, first served.
