Dr. Baptiste and the team are absolutely fantastic to work with. They are quick to respond to concerns over their online portal and Dr. Baptiste and the nurse staff are attentive and caring about my issues. The doctor understands my specific needs due to my pre-existing diabetes and has an excellent attention to detail: She used my bloodwork to diagnose me with a secondary condition I wasn’t even aware that I had. I hate to recommend them because it might mean less appointment availability with more patients, but this office does care. Would recommend.

I have been going here for a few years. I must say that they have changed so much after Covid. Seems like they are unable to keep doctors on staff. You can never get an appointment if you’re sick. All they care about is if you have Covid, it’s 2024 and they are still refusing to see people if you have Covid symptoms even if you don’t have it. I’ve gone to the office a few times after begging them to see me because I have asthma. Once I arrived in the office I find that it’s completely empty, not one person in the waiting room, the rooms empty etc. I can’t help but wonder if the staff at this office wants to actually help sick people. I’m making it a priority to find another dr this year! I will say that there are few ladies that work in the office who are extremely nice.

Dr. Baptiste and the clinical staff here are very patient and responsive.
