Maple Springs of North Logan

It is impossible for me to personally find the words to thank the nurses and entire staff at Maple Springs of North Logan for the way they cared for my mother. From the moment she was admitted until the moment she passed, she was treated with genuine, loving care. Sariah, Lindsey, and Lindsay, including the entire staff of CNAs, the therapy team, Ryan, Zach, and Brindy as well as leadership, Jessica, Anna and Chani, provided my mother with sincere comfort as she faced the loss of both her physical independence and her mental capacity. Maple Springs policies allowed her dog Baxter to visit with supervision and gave my mother comfort and companionship during her stay. If there were more stars for the rating then Maple Springs would get all of them! The whole staff was amazing and it extended to hospice care also! Mom loved the activities including bingo and the manicures! She loved chatting with everyone! Staff and residents alike became her friends. Tremendous care was given as mom was in rehab for nearly 3 months, then as she put it "I guess I needed a few days at home" then mom was readmitted for Nov and part of Dec. Having special care from certain nurses who took her on a special outing to listening to mom and her crazy jokes and stories. Our hospice crew was fabulous. Special thanks to everyone there. My grandma spent time on the rehab side of Maple Springs and my whole family couldn’t be more happy about the care she received. She was happy and well taken care of. Because of this great experience I let multiple people know about her experience and how wonderful the facility and staff is and they ended up moving there and have been so pleased with the care and lifestyle being provided at Maple Springs.
