Cache Valley Pharmacy

I went in to get my prescription, I wanted some Advil and I use brand name because it doesn't hurt my stomach. They changed me over 35 dollars for 200 capsules. I checked Walmart and they charge less than 18 dollars. I am disabled and can't walk well, so they charge people with disabilities double. Great job

I’ve had such a great experience with Cache Valley Pharmacy! The pharmacy technicians are quick to help when there are issues, and there are some great people there who will get to the root of a problem to make sure it’s fixed. I use Cache Valley for my GLP-1s and it’s a quick delivery & very affordable.

Every time I pick up a prescription it's an ordeal. It's not ready. I have to wait 10-20 minutes. Then they can't figure out how to run it through the insurance properly. So then I have to ask then to fix it and wait longer for them to fix their mistake. GLP1 meds end up being way more expensive here than at the other two compounding pharmacies. I'm done working with them. There is one gal who knows what she's doing and is super fast and resolving issues. She should train the rest of them. Unfortunately I don't have her name.

I am extremely upset with Cache Valley Pharmacy. I have severe anxiety and depend on my Klonopin daily — I literally don’t leave the house without it. They told me my refill would be ready on September 19th, but when I went to get it, suddenly I was told I have to wait three more days. Bria gave me the wrong date (said the 26th when my bottle clearly says August 25th) and just kept repeating “it’s the law.” She didn’t even offer to call Dr. Duke to ask if an override could be done or if a short advance could help me. I’ve never once asked for extra medication, never called in early, and always take my meds as directed — yet I’m treated like I’m doing something wrong. What really confuses and frustrates me is that my best friend actually lost her whole bottle of Adderall one time, and Dr.

Very nice staff. I love that they deliver because sometimes I am unable to drive! It’s so nice to get medication’s delivered when you really need them. Everyone is really polite and they always make sure I get my refills, etc. thank you 😀
