Terrible pharmacy bad customer service. Manager should be fired

I live a block away and honestly, going to a bigger pharmacy is a little inconvenient. When I first started going, I was only picking up household cleaning supplies. But now I'm in there at least twice a weak if not more, They have a large variety of options(don't expect them to be Walmart) , and the staff is always nice. Ps try the candles but don't buy all!

I went to pick up my aunties medicine which she needed immediately because it was prescribed to her by the emergency room physician for pneumonia. They couldn’t deliver it in time so I picked it up. However, they forgot to put the right medication in the bag. I went back to ask for the right medicine and explain to them what just happened. All they could say was sorry. My biggest concern with this situation is that if they knew that she did not receive her medicine why they did not call me or the doctor? Very unprofessional pharmacy!

After going to a CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart Pharmacy no one was able to help me substitute a medication that was unavailable because of the manufacturer and I needed it immediately because my eyes were in so much pain. I called and was assisted promptly and the pharmacist notified me that he would call and change the prescription. I came in 10 minutes later and was able to get my mediciation in under 10 minutes. Quaint and friendly pharmacy.

Not only is their service amazing but their staff is amazing I will not have my prescriptions sent anywhere else multiple times they have gone above and beyond to make sure me and my family have what they need If I can leave more stars I would
