I’ve been a member of this community my entire life and was a lifelong client of SOS Drug in Springville. I absolutely loved Garrett and always made it a priority to support small, locally owned businesses. After SOS went out of business, I figured the next best thing would be Maple Mountain Pharmacy—another hometown pharmacy I could support. Unfortunately, after several years of filling my prescriptions there, I have yet to have a consistently positive experience. The wait times are always excessive, even when prescriptions are called in ahead of time. My most recent experience has finally pushed me to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. A recent medication was unavailable at the time of pickup, and the pharmacist told me they would call when it arrived. It’s now been over two weeks, a

They were so helpful! We had a tricky prescription for our cat that no other pharmacy in Springville could fill. The compounded our prescription on the spot and got it to us in less than 20 mins! The shop connected to it also had so many things!

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. I have had consistently negative experiences here. Most of the interactions I have with staff are rude and unpleasant. Even if your prescription is called in ahead of time, you will be waiting a ridiculously long amount of time. They are extremely unhelpful when asking questions and most technicians speak rudely and unkindly. I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs. It is not worth your time or effort. Go somewhere else.

Avoid this pharmacy if you can. Anytime I have compounded medication especially… this is the third time that they have had issues in either they claim “it didn’t get called in “and you have to come back multiple times. This pharmacy has been nothing but problems the last year and a half that I’ve tried to use them. Today I had to come back three times and the prescription still wasn’t ready. they told my doctors office they could have it ready in 20 minutes, which is why we used them and not red rock. We will not be using them again and I would highly recommend you go somewhere else for any of your prescription needs especially compounded medication.
