Maple Hill Animal Hospital

I absolutely love Maple Hill and the staff! I have been taking my dog to Dr Branson for over 5 years, and she is wonderful! She has even delivered my dog’s medication to my home herself. Stellar service! Great prices too!

I feel they were terribly neglectful of what was going on with our little Doji! I finally took him to our old vet. He aaid when he took one look at him that his kidneys needed to be checked. He checked him and we had to put doji to sleep that day. For me that tells it all!

I had my cat Sam declawed there and it still bothers me. The lack of care they had for him… I’ve had other cats declawed and they in no way resembled the experience I had at Maple Hill. I felt like a horrible cat mama in taking him there. No food before surgery. I get that. Poor little guy was hungry and thirsty when he was dropped off. You can’t pick him up until 10 or 11 the next day but you’d think… you’d think… They would at least give the cat some water. Nope. He just laid in the water bowl literally laid in it and wouldn’t stop drinking when I got him home. I have never seen such desperation in an animal. I felt horrible. I can't recommend Dr. Branson's clinic highly enough. She has always gone the extra mile to help our pets when they have needed it, with compassion and patience when explaining our options. We have gone to Maple Hill for almost 10 years and will continue to do so. She is a great asset to our community and we are grateful to have her as our vet.

If you have a missing dog - check this vets kennels. She won't post them or try to find the owner. She takes them out of their city instead of turning them in or reporting to the city shelter the dogs were found in. Doesn't even check to see if shelter had owner info which they did. STAY AWAY. She is NOT a good person. Made the owners life hell to get their dog back after 39 days and had to talk to her attorney first? This is after the shelter had confirmed these were the owners' dogs. Who does this? Your friendly local vet, that is who.
