Maple Grove Wellness & Rehabiltiation

This is a lovely community. A close family friend came here after fracturing her hip. The nurses have been kind and attentive. She was afraid to leave her home and move into a “nursing home” so it’s been a big move. One of our biggest concerns was whether or not her call light would be answered in a timely manner (problem we had at another community ) and it’s been great. No complaints. The food is pretty good. She is VERY picky (like most elderly people)…most things we have eaten so far have been good. Some things not so good but we all have different tastes. The housekeepers seem to keep the building clean. Hopefully we will continue to have excellent service. And I want to give a big thank you to the girls on the day shift that came when she called multiple times. She has early stage’s

My grandmother has been in this facility for several years. I must say it was rocky there for a minute with the nursing staff but now they are wonderful. I go home and don’t have to worry. Thank you Maple Grove.

New Administrator and Director of Nursing started on Dec. 1, 2025 and are working hard to make this a better place for residents and staff. The food quality has improved with the new Dietary Manager and the assistance of a licensed Dietician. Additional nursing staff has been hired and it's my understanding more is coming. Like all nursing homes they had their share of ups and downs. But it's looking more promising going forward.

Country setting outside of town. Close to highways for easy access. Residents seem happy and cared for. Mom got great therapy while there.

My mother is there. Facility is clean and staff is very welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm welcoming environment for their family members.
