Do not leave your loved one at this facility. No A/C. Couldn’t be bothered to get my mother a fan or the control to her bed. Maintenance had to do that. Never happened the entire time she was there. She had a staff member yell and swear at her while she was there. It took them five days to get her heart medication that she needed. Wouldn’t take the bottle from the pharmacy I had and log that in. The hospital did. Knowing the importance of this medication and knew they didn’t have it on hand. Let her go without and her cardiologist told her to never miss a dose. I would leave zero stars if I could.

That place was a hole. No central, in wall oxygen or air. There was the same oxygen concentrator that I have at home and nebulizer that was older than mine. They weren't familiar with the equipment so consequently I had no oxygen for the first 1/2hr I was there when the evening supervisor came in and realized why I was laying with my head on the tray table and fixed it. They pushed a stand next to the bed so I could do my own nebulizer. I wasn't given a commode. I was told to use the call bell and they would help me with a bed pan. My call bell stuck and I couldn't get anyone. Laid in pee most of the night and had no pain meds. Please don’t send your live one here. My father Mr Bellamy was transferred here from nursing home and the social worker Michelle called and paid a cab to send him back into the community with dementia. He was confused and no way of getting into home and lost. What place in there right mid states that a person with dementia is capable of going home with no key to get in. Then walking around community list. And when Calle Michelle she states he called and had money. What a lair.

Our 95 yr old mother was there for about 6 months. Received great care, the nurses and staff really treated her well and truly cared about her. She received therapy when needed, and at her end of life, they did all they could to keep her comfortable. Great communication from the nurses and all involved. We were there frequently and always felt welcomed. This place is definitely better under the new management.

The care our mom got while in this facility was absolutely amazing. While yes they are short handed like every where they gave her amazing care! We lost her yesterday and I will say at least 25 staff members from anywhere in the facility from admin, CNA, LPN, RN to house cleaning staff came in to say their goodbyes and most had tears! Thank you for all they did!!
