Great doctor. Saw us in an emergency on a Sunday but he was not hurried and cared for our dog in a loving caring manner. He's not our regular vet, but twice he has helped us with emergencies when our vet was not available.

It's one of the best veterinarians i've ever come across!!!! extremely polite and knowledgeable. My dog loves coming here!!!! Highly recommend to anybody who loves her animal and wants to get them the best medical care they can receive.

I would rate it ZERO stars if I could, went it a little over 2 months ago for our cat that was dying I get it he was old and whatever had that cat my WHOLE life and brought him in to see what was going on and this man don’t know his name but was such a jerk to our cat not a friendly man whatsoever only seemed like he wanted to be there for the money but we had our cat getting checked on and he was literally jerking him all over the place and could clearly see that our cat was suffering and in pain and didn’t give him the care he needed what so ever!! Worst vet experience of my life if you have cats don’t recommend!! Brought him to a vet over in Corning/painted post area the next day a lot better and welcoming than that jerk in hornell!! DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL FOR CAT OWNERS!!! -100000000000

Went in for or little old lady and they were very polite and accommodating to us while we knew it wasn't going to be a good day for all of us. Photo if the pretty girl heading into the Vet. They tested her with respect and showed love for her. 10/10

Dr Koch is great. He is affordable and really cares about the animals. He’s saved my dogs life twice now. Great guy.
