Always a good experience with Dr. Wong! She’s attentive to my medical needs and thorough with analyzing biomarkers and pointing out where improvements need to be made in my personal healthcare. Both Dr. Mannam and Dr. Wong are incredibly personable and take great care of me. I highly recommend this clinic!

Been going here for years! Doctor mannam is great! The doctors whom work alongside of him are great also! I’ve seen Dr. Wong here and she’s been awesome over the years. When you call in attitude is given, very nonchalant approach of care towards you calling in for assistance from the front desk staff. One lady gave me information from a previous visit then she came and stated the doctor said something different to what she stated which had me confused. When I asked for clarity she stated “I told you one thing and then I corrected myself, do you want to keep going back and forth or what?” She never once told me she made an error, just gave different information. I’ve had an excellent experience with this PCP. They take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and never make me feel rushed. Appointments are thorough and professional, and I always feel heard and cared for.I truly feel confident having them oversee my healthcare and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate primary care provider. Only bad thing office staff they put you hold like 20-40 minutes and when you speak to them they say we’re short of staff. How they’re short of staff since 5-6 girls works in front desk.

I had a terrible experience with PA BECKFORD LESLIE DEAN License Number 002147. I’ve been coming to this practice for years and have never experienced such poor patient care. I came in with what I knew to be an ear infection. The doctor immediately told me I did not have one without thoroughly examining my ear. He advised me to put baby oil in my ear and ear drops, which was shocking and unhelpful medical advice. He advised that the front desk would give me a prescription which is unlawful, front desk receptionist do not write prescription. I explained that for over 20 years, ear drops have never worked for me and that I always end up needing antibiotics. I know my body and have dealt with ear infections since childhood.
