My wife & I are very happy & satisfied with the service that she received today, her crown was put on after she waited for it for weeks. And I am satisfied with my consultation with Dr. Proctor regarding my previous & upcoming services/ appointments. Marina was very friendly as usual, & Christie at the front desk chatted with us for a few minutes in her friendly manner & Lita with her usual pleasant Hi with a sweet smile. They are extremely particular about their work, and the quality is truly outstanding — 10/10 every single time. Our 13 year old son had a tooth injury and was in need of a crown. Dr. Proctor and her team took the time to explain everything and were very thorough all with the utmost care. As soon as we got in the car, he said “can this be our new dentist now? That was the best I have ever been treated.” He also shared that he had limited discomfort with the novocaine shot whereas he had a really negative experience with another provider. He felt very comfortable and loved having his own foot rest and picking his own movie. We really appreciate the time they took and allowed things at his own pace and under his control. Not only did he feel comfortable, the work was impeccable. You would never know this wasn’t his tooth.

I have been looking for a good dentist for years, especially since I have severe anxiety and truly hate going to the dental office. After a lot of researching, I finally decided to give this office a call, and I was impressed from the very first conversation. Christy answered the phone and she is such a treasure—kind, patient, and absolutely amazing. She immediately put me at ease while scheduling my first appointment. Meeting Dr. Proctor and her assistant, Stephanie, was such a pleasure. They were incredibly nice, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable in a judgment-free environment. After my dentist of 30+ years sold his practice I needed someone new willing to practice honest ethics . . . and good dentistry. I am so very pleased with Doctor Proctor and her staff. The dentistry is above and beyond. There is no additional charges after services performed. All charges are fully described up front . . . no surprises as exit the office. I really appreciate this clear manner of business.
