Manchester Pharmacy

I can’t say enough GOOD things about this pharmacy & the family that runs it‼️ We moved from Manchester in 2016 & ended up just south of Tampa and the thing we miss the MOST or at all is the service you get from a small town proprietors & MANCHESTER PHARMACY, John & his family are the best. The quality of service is the BEST you can get‼️Anybody who complains there to small, they don’t have everything DUH it’s a small town business. If you want EVERYTHING INCLUDING POOR SERVICE then go to CVS or some other large pharmacy with POOR SERVICE etc. oh and you will also get to wait there in there LONG lines‼️ If there’s one thing missing in Florida it’s quality small business’s ‼️✌️

Not a huge select of over the counter items yet found exactly what I needed. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and seemed happy to answer my questions.

They do a great job but the hours are a little too tight for comfort sometimes. If you close that early every day you should at least do a 10 or 11 to 2 Sunday, in my opinion. A couple of times between doctors being late sending it or insurance blocking it off for no apparent reason I've been stuck a day without medicine because of this no hours on Sunday policy. Luckily my new insurance refills at 26 days so this doesnt happen anymore, so that's one way around it. However that's my opinion and its their business, so they get the final say. They still get my 5 stars because they do a really good job, are fast filling prescriptions and will take the time to answer your questions.

John runs his pharmacy very professionally and makes you feel very comfortable. His staff are very respectful and knowledgeable and are always kind. This is the best independent family owned pharmacy in and around Manchester in my opinion! If you haven’t already make sure to give them a try! You will not be disappointed!!

Honestly, the place is a 5/5 for most people. Great service, nice people, quick fill times, gets to the bottom of insurance issues for you quickly, its all great and I cant say I've had a bad customer service experience. The rating I gave it was based on my personal experience: it's great unless you're someone outside of the "typical" lifestyle. Them not being open on Sunday and short hours all the other days means I had to stop going here. I dont quite understand why they arent open for like 2 hours on Sunday with a single pharmacist. They already close so early as it is, which is fine nobody wants to stay an extra hour for 3 customers and it would be a financial loss for a business, but there's no "relief valve" to accommodate those people left behind.
