I used to go here, and loved the service, until I lost a tooth just waiting for a call back to see if they took my insurance and they don't. I realize people get sick, but no one called me to tell me they wouldn't take my insurance. there was a notation made, but still no one called me back. Won't be returning. Shame that so many businesses can get away with charging one for missing an appointment. But when the business makes a mistake we're just supposed to accept that as ok. So through Google reviews I am holding y'all responsible.

If you want a personal experience that’s affordable, I highly recommend Dr Thumb! I have been to several dentist’s in the area, and they are by far my favorite. They get you in quick, explain everything extremely well, and genuinely care about their patients! Thank you Mancelona Family Dentistry!

I had a filling done here in the summer of 2019 it’s not January of 2020 and I still get pain in my tooth like the cavity wasn’t filled or cleaned properly. Don’t go here if you want a good cleaning or any dental work done.
