Family Fare Pharmacy

Not quite sure why I even continue to get my prescriptions sent here. The service just continues to go downhill. Went in to get my prescription and was told 45 min- ok fine. Everybody is sick right now, understandable. After making a phone call and letting them know that 4 hours is a far cry from 45 minutes, it was magically ready. Do better.

This might be my favorite family Fare. Great shopping experience. The lady that helped us at the self check out was quite stressed and a little rude, but everyone else was great, especially at the deli and bakery. Thank you

I am a first-time customer and after several days I still can't reach anyone by phone at the pharmacy to see if they got my script from the doctor to get it filled in time. The app won't let me sign up for an account to monitor my medications. Customer Service never resolved the issue as promised or called me back to fix it. Pharmacy text alerts won't work either. 😭

Terrible customer service. They genuinely act like they hate their job and that it’s the last place on earth they want to be, and they treat/talk to you like such. Disgusting attitudes.

Great place and reliable but on the phone they are very swift and snippy and often rude depending on who answers the phone. Sometimes they are very nice and kind and sweet and other times they act like you're just a bother to them, which is not ideal for customers.
