From the minute, I walked in the office, I felt welcome and comfortable. It was such a fun, joyful atmosphere. It really started off great. My audiologist Lynette was absolutely fantastic. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, explained everything, and made the experience enjoyable. Her assistant was also a delight explaining everything as he went along with the testing. I would not hesitate to recommend my family and friends to this practice.

The entire experience was amazing. Checking in was very easy with a minimal wait time for my appointment. My audiologist, Carmelo Ortega, was knowledgeable and professional and walked me through the hearing test so there was no confusion. The test was the most comprehensive I’ve had. Chris Bush, the specialist in charge of my balance test, took the time to completely explain all the different procedures thoroughly so I understood what to expect. Chris is one of the nicest and most professional specialists that I’ve had the opportunity to work with here in Florida. I highly recommend the Manatee Hearing and Balance Center to anyone experiencing difficulties with their hearing or balance.

I had an outstanding experience with Lynette Dornton, Audiologist. She conducted a good hearing test. My discussion with her after the hearing test was valuable. Dr Dornton has experienced similar auditory problems and knew what I was experiencing. She also formed and oversees a support group for patients like me who are experiencing Tinnitus and other problems from Ménière’s disease. Her support and her support group staff have been so valuable to me. I look forward to learning more from her support group in the future.
