Dr. Chen doesn't care about her patients' rights and special needs. She asked me to sign a contract when her staff explained to me that half of the provisions therein wouldn't apply to me but couldn't say why I had to sign it except that Dr. Chen wanted it signed. And the doctor wouldn't even bother to cross out those provisions that they deemed not applicable. In protecting her own petty interests, she forgot that her patients had their own interests to protect and potential liabilities to avoid.
I have known Dr Mamie Chen for years, she is very friendly and patient. also with speaking Chinese, I could bring my elders to see her
