Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. I got referred here by West Point because they were low staffed on hygienists. The referral West Point sent over had my ACN (appointment control number) that is associated with my insurance. This office wasn’t able to look up my coverage and let me know. No problem, I confirmed everything was approved and the ACN was good to go. I called and left a voicemail to this office on Friday around 1pm to provide my ACN and explain United Concordia confirmed. I called 45 minutes prior to my appointment to ensure they got my voicemail with my appointment control number, they said they didn’t get to the voicemails but assured me they’d take care of it when I got there. They still hadn’t confirmed my insurance when I got there and when I tried to help

Every one was very courteous and true professionals , the doctor was all business and swift didn’t feel a thing til the Novacane wore off, lol
