I wouldn’t recommend going here. Customer service was terrible. Judy is the receptionist and she was extremely rude to me. I was very kind to her and even wished her a happy birthday when I saw the happy birthday balloons tied to her desk chair. When I initially made the appointment, I was asked what my insurance was and I gave my primary insurance to her. I have never given my secondary insurance because I usually use my primary insurance and never have a problem. I do have dual health insurance. I was unaware I had to give both insurance carriers to her. That was my mistake. She didn’t ask me about a secondary insurance until I showed up to my appointment. My experience with Malta Foot Specialists has been a complete nightmare. I had total knee replacement about a year ago. At that time my Orthopedic surgeon straightened out my leg, that had been misaligned due to a dislocation that I had experienced as a child around 50 years ago. I had worn orthotics for several years, due to a foot fracture with absolutely no problems. Once my leg was realigned, I began to experience pain while wearing my shoes with the orthotics.. I went to Malta Foot Specialists to begin the process on February 1 of this year. I paid for my new Orthotics in full on February 17. I had my feet scanned, and they were ordered. I was told they would arrive in 3- 4 weeks. After 5 weeks, they still had not arrived, and I was told that I had to return to the office, to be caste
