The support team lacks listening skills and how to approach patients, esp.if you call one at 8 a.m., at a time one is waking up, and not ready to follow the unfriendly voice from the caller. No caring, compassionate, and skills not to create intimidating attitude, especially when calling someone who scheduled an appt. this early. The assistant proved to be very a master over me. I am a client. In many IHA outpatient clinics, this attitude is overly common. Can we learn approach, polite, listen, guide, and respect someone, especially when calling them at 8 am in their home.
