This is a scam don't even sign up they charged our card 189 and they said they wasn't gonna charge it period till he saw the doctor that was a complete lie they instantly charged our account an amount he never would of agreed to. And I read other reviews their medicine will hurt you permanently and or kill you and it isn't safe

Do not order from these people. They have zero customer service skills, will not take accountability for their own mistakes and will not do so even if their mistake is captured in writing. You will be better off buying snake oil from a medieval apothecary on the streets.

Total ripoff. I spent 3 days trying to get the price they advertised. I was told that the extra $40 would be removed after the doctor reviewed my paperwork. After reading the possible side effects I called to cancel altogether. I was told it already shipped out and at the wrong price. Never been scammed like this by any other company. Never doing business here again.

Fraud, scam, ripoff company you name it I had a subscription cancelled it 3 weeks before the next order was to ship they ignored my cancellation and shipped it anyway when I contacted them they admitted I had cancelled but must have been slip up in their computer I was told they would not refund my money. The attorney general needs to investigate this company I’m certainly going to do what I can to expose them for what they are!!!!

They have the worst Customer Service management team I’ve Ever dealt with. I made a purchase incorrectly and needed it to be canceled. I tried to cancel it minutes after. They told me it was just a pre-authorization and I did not have to go through with the order, But it would be up to the policies of my bank to get my money back. They did not even make any attempt to cancel my order.. They said the prescription had already went to a doctor, but I did not get a doctor until a day later. They could’ve easily avoided this by listening to the customer and having the order canceled. The payment processed for three days, And all three days I was telling them to cancel the order.But they decided to do this the hard way.
