Malek Perri DMD

I love coming to Dr. Maleks office. Not only is she the best and an honest person out there. She is also a good friend and makes you so comfortable while doing work. She explains everything to perfection and makes sure you understand what she’s doing, before she does anything. Perri’s staff is extremely helpful and understanding. The nurses and the hygienists as well! They are very nice and knowledgeable in everything they do.

I went to the Dr Malek this morning , and I must say she did a fantastic job ! she walked into the room and literally calmed me down right away ! ( yes I was nervous about my teeth issues ) She was very kind and explained to me exactly what was going on ! The whole experience was amazing. The best part is that she is very approachable which makes it very comfortable for the patient to ask any questions he or she may have. If you are not sure where to go - the answer is Dr Malek 😀! Oh and I almost forgot to write - the front desk is very friendly !! That is so important! I sometimes go places and it’s just the opposite of friendly! A tip for life hire friendly secretaries like Dr Malek has !

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office in upstate NY. I first went in on a Friday. The doctor examined me and said I needed a filling but that it wasn’t an emergency. He told me I could come back on Sunday and wouldn’t be charged again, aside from the $160 consultation fee I paid that day. When I returned Sunday for the actual procedure, the doctor told me the cavity was larger than expected but that he hoped he saved the tooth from needing a root canal. However, after the treatment, the receptionist chased after me saying I owed another $500. I reminded her that the doctor had said on Friday there would be no additional charge. When I asked the doctor, he claimed that Friday’s payment was only for the consultation — which is not what he had originally told me. I als

I just got a dental implant done, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out! Dr. Malek was not only super professional but also really knowledgeable, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. The office has some amazing equipment, and it’s clear they use the best technology. I felt really comfortable throughout, and the results are fantastic. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a great dental experience!
