My husband and I started using majoria years ago, I retired from a medical clinic, the patients that we treated talked highly about majoria drug store, so I tried it and just like they said it's a 5 star, staffs member's treat you like family.

Great Service and kind people

I've been a customer for 35 years and my family has been going longer. They have done flips to make sure weve been taken care of over the years. Always appreciate the calls letting me know if my prescription is ready.

I have never witnessed a pharmacy staffed so heavily with such incompetent and careless individuals. This staff has NO coethe. They made me feel VERY unwelcomed and the ONLY reason I attempted to fill with them was because my physician specifically confirmed with them that they had my medication in stock. BUT....despite having the medication, they came up with every excuse not to fill it. First, I was told my insurance required a prior authorization. I confirmed that to be FALSE on a 3-way conference call from People's Health. Then, after that call, they said they would fill it, but not until the morning. So the next day, I called at 9 am, confirmed it was ready, drove to the store, and I was told for the SECOND time that they were out of stock, and that it would be filled the NEXT day. I

Practically all my business reviews have been 5 star. The negative Majoria reviews have a theme of rudeness. Majoria used to have a refreshing mom and pop feel. The pharmacists and employees (other than the cashiers) are helpful. Unfortunately, they are not the ones you have to deal with face to face. An employee, Fay, accused me of not paying for my prescriptions when I came back in with a question. She then rudely tossed my medicine on the counter. I will pay more for mail order.
