Majestic Care of Middletown (Offers In-House Ventilator Care)

The nursing staff of assisted living is awesome. They took care of my Mom for years and she loved them. My Mom also loved the ladies from the cafeteria and housekeeping. The receptionist Linda for Majestic is the heart of that organization. She has been someone that I consider family. She goes beyond the call of duty to assist the residents and family anyway that she can. Awesome lady for families and the nursing home facility.

My father Bobby called me at 4am today 11/2/2025 very upset because he needed cleaned up from his chair and the 3rd shift staff wouldn't do it. I checked in with him one hour later and he still hasn't been cleaned up. I drove from kendallville (where I live) to new haven , an hour drive and when I arrived my dad still hadn't been cleaned up. I spoke with the nurses and they said they would get him out of his chair and cleaned up. My father asked me to wait until they did before I left or they wouldn't do it. I had to wait an hour and 35 min before the next shift came and cleaned the fieces off my dad. I am very disturbed with the condition I found my dad in today. I understand being short staffed and ECT. But 3 hours to clean a mess up and the original shift just left without even letting

Very clean. Lots of activities for the seniors to do. Amy, the activities director does a great job with the decorations and activities.

Extremely disappointed in the care of my mom except when Shamara is working. Several times I have come to see her and she is still in bed and not even dressed. This is unacceptable care. You need to do better.

My brother has been to this facility twice in the last year and each time he couldn't have been treated better. I am grateful for all the staff and individuals that made him feel so cared for. He has recently passed and they couldn't have been more patient with our family through the process. Highly recommend......
