This facility here is an illustration of quality of services all patients should receive. Although I was in pain I was still able to remember all that made my illness as smooth as possible Dr’s Kristopher & Zach exceptional & bedside manners were unequivocal top tier & the team of nurses: Jeanette, Shelly, Hope (Godsend) Lizzy & Sherry these young ladies are the best nurses I’ve seen compassionate, caring, competent, professional, pleasant personalities, helpful & efficient in their profession & Jeff at front desk was an extra bonus with the best haircut ever~lol Thanks Guys you should do training for Atrium medical center!

I had to get my 3 hour test done for gestational diabietes. You have to fast the night before. I completed it and went into my doctors appointment a week later for my doctor to tell me that labcorp lost the results and Id have to take the 3 hour test again. The second time I went in I took a day off at work and I arrived at the same time as before and the lady at the front desk was completely rude and told me I was not allowed to be seen because I should have came in an hour before. I was not told that. I let her know that as well as that I had already been here another time and that they lost my results. She again was rude and when I asked to see her manager she called someone and came back to me and said she would see me and apologized. I came back for my 3rd time 30 minutes before the c

Despite the technology outage, the staff handled my care in a professional and expeditious manner. I was brought in by squad and the care team quickly assessed and identified treatment modalities that were needed. The team pulled together to grab the rapid infuser and other treatment tools to ensure optimal outcomes. Communication was clear and transparent. One would not have even known that their system was down. Great teamwork and coordination of care! Kudos!

We were greeted by 2 wonderful women at the front desk. My wife needed an MRI. They were friendly and efficient! Thank you for great service!!

The emergency staff on 7/11/25 into 7/12/25 was absolutely amazing. They treated my daughter with care and compassion. She has extremely high anxiety and is 31 weeks pregnant with her first baby and she hadn't felt her move alot that day. They never once made her feel bad about anything. Yes baby is doing good.
