After having lower back spasms, pain, shooting pain down the backside of my thigh and leg to my ankle and across my foot, my family physician suggested a muscle relaxer that was ineffective, then an MRI of my back/spine area. The MRI showed 2 bulging discs with one being herniated and pressing on a nerve. My family doctor suggested I see a Spine surgeon for consultation. I contacted Dr. Rastegar because he had performed 2 successful surgeries on my son-in-law. Dr. Rastegar examined me and reviewed my MRI in detail with me. Dr. Rastegar suggested I continue with the exercise routine and try a medication to calm the nerve. After one week the pain was reduced and after 2weeks I was hitting golf balls at the driving range and after 3 weeks I played 18 holes of golf without any pain or discomfo

Dr rastegar is the very best that you'll ever find on any kind of surgery I was almost paralyzed couldn't hardly walk couldn't hardly use my arms or my hands and it's a miracle that he brought me full recovery I mean I'm still going through it but it takes a while to recover after having neck surgery but everything come back perfectly all of my feelings all of my movements and everything Dr rastegar and his team is the very best I highly recommend them to anybody and everybody out there he is terrific and he stopped and seen me every day at the hospital until I got out and he also called me at home and made sure I was all right you couldn't ask for a better man than that
