We have been here twice and had an amazing experience both times. First my husband had norovirus and second time my daughter had croup. We had the same NP both times, young blonde woman. She was so kind and thorough both times. And each encounter was as quick and efficient as I can imagine an urgent care can be. Both nurses were also so kind. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. My two year old son was extremely sick and was passing blood in his stool. It was a Sunday, so I loaded him up to get checked out because his PCP was closed. We saw NP Salter. She had the nurse do a urinalysis and after waiting 30 minutes in a room, came in and told us that it was just a stomach flu. He was fine. I asked her if she was going to check him out, so she listened to his heart and lungs. She said keep him hydrated and let him rest. My husband said, what about the blood? We brought diapers if you would like to see? She just shook her head no and leaned back against the wall. I asked, "well, can you do a culture?" She replied, "a respiratory culture?" I just looked at her in disbelief. I said, "no! A stool culture ". She told me they

I visited this clinic for Flu A and left feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. While the staff was polite, the appointment felt rushed and I did not feel heard when I explained that I was still experiencing significant fatigue and throat pain and did not feel ready to safely return to work. Patients should be given the opportunity to fully discuss their symptoms and recovery without feeling dismissed. Being listened to is an important part of medical care, and this experience fell short of that expectation.

The staff was extremely courteous, friendly and professional! I was able to make an appointment and was called back early! The folks were very thorough and I was on my way in about 30 minutes! I would definitely recommend this facility and I felt very well cared for!

My family had an amazing experience here. Even though there were only two people working, they were fast, friendly, and professional. Caliyah and Emily were kind, efficient, and provided excellent care. MainStreet will definitely be my go-to because of them! I did have to wait a bit in the lobby, but once I realized only two people were handling everything, I understood why. Still, I think staffing should be addressed, having just two people manage all that workload is a lot, but they handled it with grace on a busy Monday.
