They were amazing! From intake to my physical exam to discharge. My provider was attentive listened to me and my concerns and gave me a great treatment plan forward. I will definitely be using this urgent care from this point forward!

I showed up on a Sunday afternoon around noon to access urgent care. There was nobody else in the lobby waiting for service. I signed in and was taken back to a room within five minutes. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful, answering questions and making sure I was comfortable. Including having tests and x-rays done, from start to finish I was only in there about an hour. My prescriptions were called into my pharmacy when I left, and I already felt better due to some in office treatment. Aside from the great service I received I also like the fact that this is a private clinic, not affiliated with any of the hospitals in the area. This will be my go to urgent care clinic from now on.

UPDATE : After leaving the glowing review below I have to change it. Seen today after 8 weeks of dealing with flu and after flu symptoms, I have an ear infection, confirmed by them today. I asked for rocephen the NP says Rocephen (which I’ve always been given for ear infection) does not treat ear infections. When I told her that’s what I always have to take she said, well I don’t give rocephen. Then I asked for a b12 just to feel better and she said that’s primary care. It’s just wild how one persons attitude can make you feel so much worse. I’ll never go back here. I don’t want anyone going here based on my first review when things have changed. Very easy to select and schedule your arrival online. I went on Sunday and there was no waiting. Was treated quickly, they were very vey nice

We walked in and entered our information into the easy to use kiosk. The Doctor/nurse practitioners came out immediately and we're beyond reproach with our needs. We left with the results needed. Prescriptions were called in at CVS. Keep in mind, this urgent care does not have any availability for opioid pain management. They do have injections of ibuprofen pain. We will be returning to this location. Located 2 miles north of the main base gate, heading north on Blue Angel Blvd. Then turn right/east on Sorrento and they are almost immediately on the right. I’m glad there’s an urgent care nearby. APRN T. Freeman was an exceptional caregiver. She treated me with kindness and understanding, answered all my questions and concerns, and it’s the first time in a long while that a nurse has treated me with such dignity. I highly recommend MainStreet Family Care to anyone looking for a place where you’re truly taken care of.
