I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. The check in process on the iPad was a breeze. The staff was friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring. The nurse practitioner, Ms. Nicole took amazing care of me—listened closely, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I’m very grateful for the service and would definitely recommend this location. We really needed an urgent care like this in the neighborhood.

Got in quickly for appointment and did not wait long to be called back. Did not have to sit long for the doctor to see me. Very thorough. Took a chest xray which I appreciated. The back office assistant was very personable and thorough. The doctor was very nice. She didn't take long to conclude what my condition was and prescribed medication. My whole visit to the clinic was very short.

I was in need of medical attention for symptoms that I was having. Main Street Urgent Care recently opened near me so I thought I would try them. The check in process that you do yourself on an iPad was relatively easy as was the picture taking of my license and insurance cards. I wasn't sure how to do the check in process but there is the ability to ask for assistance, which I did. I was seen quickly and got what prescription I needed which was a relief. The staff is nice and the practitioner that I saw explained things to me clearly. I would go there again should the need arise.

I seriously wish they would open a pediatrician office next door to this office. I tried numerous pediatrician offices in Marion County before finding a decent one all the way out in Tavares. The drive though. My son was seen for full body hives by NP or Dr Lembovski. She is extremely thorough, listens, and explains everything wonderfully. I love Mainstreet Family Care because you make an appointment online and instantly receive confirmation. I have had pediatricians that will reschedule visits 3-4 times before the appointment. When you get there you sign in with the qr code they sent you. Sign in takes less than a minute. I honestly think the people that struggle with the sign in are functionally illiterate because it is as simple as scan and then maybe 3 clicks. No typing just deciding i
