New urgent care that I took my toddler to, they were super quick and the staff was very friendly. We were in there less than an hr. Recommend this place and will be making this our new urgent care. I think we were quick because we had scheduled an appt ahead and it was pretty empty as well. When signing in, the kiosk does ask for you to add a card on file, adding the card on file will not charge you, it's just added there in case if it's needed, if you don't add a card, there is a $50 cash charge. I didn't understand that at first but I was able to speak to someone on the kiosk and they explained it to me. Great place, great staff and wonderful service. 5 star ⭐️

By far this was the best experience had at any local urgent care facilities. My daughter had a piece of wood go through her hand. Sounds a little worse than it was. But still needed urgent attention. From the moment we walked in the providers were sympathetic. They helped us to quickly get registered in, and attended to us with sympathy, compassion, and honesty. Brandy and Sahira were patient and concerned, not only for her injury, but also attempted to calm her to feel comfortable. Lauren the Dr provider, talked her through the treatment and helped her to feel reassured about her injury and talked her through recovery steps. Loved the care and attention we received from this clinic. Oh and it was very very clean, and bottled water and coffee were complimentary. Love that this competent,

Been there a few times now and I’ve always been provided excellent service and Have always had a quick Time In-N-Out. We will certainly continue to use their services anytime we need an urgent care. Friendly staff and very engaged in what you need.

I was able to make my husband an appointment easy online & they got him in and out quickly. Nice & friendly staff. Provider seen was Lauren & medical assistants were Brandy & Sahira. Will definitely use this urgent care again if needed.

I went to MainStreet Family Care in Gastonia, and it was one of the best doctor visits I’ve had in a long time. The place is brand new and super clean. From the receptionist to the nurses, assistants, and the doctor, every single person was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable. They listened, they didn’t rush, and they treated me like a person, not a number. This is not one of those chop shop urgent cares where you get pushed through like a fast-food order. These people take their time and care about what’s actually going on with you. The doctor I saw was so good that I honestly wish he could be my primary doctor. The check-in process was easy too, you can call ahead, get a text link, and sign up on your phone to pick a time. It keeps you from sitting there all day waiting. I
