They are always fast. I genuinely love the nurse practitioner I saw today. Her last name Is Joyce. The tech who checked me in has seen me a few times. She is always friendly and efficient. The woman who did the x-ray is always pleasant and hurries to get you out of the cold room. I could not ask for more. They rock!!!!

Had a sick 2 year old all weekend and after exhausting all efforts at home we finally made an appt at MainStreet. Karly (NP) and the rest of the staff were so amazing. They got us called back quick and determined what was wrong with our sweet boy! I have never had a bad experience at MainStreet and will continue to use them as long as Karly is there!

Everyone who works here are amazing. But the company is not deserving of them. Main street family care needs to figure out what's more important. Is it patient or profit. Is it patient or a stupid survey. I have seen many things in my life but nothing like this. I was embarrassed for them. Top management needs to get their heads out of sand.

I went to visit on Dec.29 (afternoon) for help with my sinus symptoms/issues. I don’t like visiting medical facilities due to negative experiences in the past. Needless to say the ladies that assisted me were so kind and helpful, that I felt silly being so worried visiting them. They were quick to get me seen, they were attentive and patient when I spoke, and they were gentle when they needed samples. The office was clean, and spacious. To the kind ladies who helped me, thank you so much!
