Very clean, appreciate the water they provide. Easy to set up an appointment and check in. Always friendly. Have been really good with me and when I bring my kids. They have been very patient with them. I am thankful they are open on the weekends. When the doctors office are not open. I appreciate everyone taking their time and not rushing through my appointment.

I found if you pre- register online for an appointment you will be notified of any delays and once you get there your wait time is minimal. Once I was there, Melanie and her staff quickly got me in and professionally did my CDL medical exam. If you need a CDL medical exam, I highly recommend them for the speed, efficiency, and price. Very affordable and convenient.

This was my third time using this urgent care. Previously no complaints but this time was not the same experience for me. Check in was easy. Wait time was not long. While waiting I noticed the front door could really use a good wipe down. Makes sanitation questionable. But that wasn’t why my experience was not good. The lady who called my daughter and I back from the start had a tone, I did not love. Once we were in the exam room, the questionable tone only was confirmed that this woman was not one who needed to be the first interaction with the patients. She used condescending tone, and spoke to me as if I was “dumb”. She cut me off while speaking, and proceeded to tell me that drooling is a natural thing, and that it would be silly for a fever to be from teether. All though her interact

I had a great experience with Destyani and Melanie! We were in first thing when they opened, and a visit for me and my boyfriend took less than an hour. He had to have an x ray and we both got swabbed for flu/covid etc and it was easy, quick and painless. The same can be said for the shots we got and the staff was wonderful. Destyani is friendly, funny & caring, and Melanie took her time explaining what she was concerned about for us for diagnosis and treatment. We came here after going to the lincolnton atrium urgent care and getting the in and out, you’re fine treatment. Turns out we both did need steroids and an antibiotic and are both feeling SO much better today. Thank you guys for your quick, friendly care and we will definitely come back if we need to come to an urgent care!
