⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at this urgent care! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, efficient, and made me feel taken care of. The check-in process was quick, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The nurse and provider really listened to my concerns and explained everything clearly. It’s such a relief to find a place that’s both professional and compassionate, especially when you’re not feeling your best. I’ll definitely come back here if I ever need urgent care again, and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants great care without the stress!
I was really impressed with the short wait time and the friendliness of the staff. I felt that my needs were carefully addressed and I didn't have to wait for hours. I would absolutely recommend Mainstreet Urgent Care and will go back next time I'm not feeling well!
They were very on top of things from the start- I had a really great experience with this facility when my 3 year old recently required care. We had a lovely Med Assist.who had been ‘called in’ to Augusta a few hours earlier from NC, she was helpful and genuinely trying to help figure out what was making us sick. The NP was empathetic and supportive, I could tell she was listening to what I was saying and agreed to take lab samples at my request. They were an awesome team. The results came back the following day and made a big difference. I’m so grateful for them and will certainly recommend them in the future.
