If you are a formula feeding only mom please don't go here. As a first time mom, I informed the doctor that I only formula fed my baby due to breast feeding causing my mental health to go in a downward spiral and the response I got while I was sobbing in the office was "well breastfeeding in the first month is really important for the baby and that I want you to keep trying for a month or two". Absolutely no care for that fact that I would probably go mental if I continued to try to breastfeed. Plus I got told my baby had tongue tie but was given no solution other than, "go to a dentist that has the laser". There were no resources given to me. I did not leave that first (and only) appointment feeling confident in my parenting and instead felt like I was shamed: for going to the appointme

This is a billing review. We have been seeing providers at this office for over 5 years and never had a problem with billing until now. We had a change of insurance that changed everything, after an appointment I paid my part, but came to find out they didn’t remove the codes that were not correct before I paid my part. So I called billing to get an understanding and a refund for the wrong charges. where I was treated like crap and spoke to like I was five years old and somebody who doesn’t understand what her own policy includes. This woman on the phone, raised her voice and kept repeating herself making me feel Stupid then put me on hold and never got back on the phone. We will never be coming back to see Dr Gomez Even though we love her.

Alyssa is the sweetest! What a cute office and so friendly. She gave us such good info, and you can really tell she cares about each kid. She answered all of our questions without feeling rushed. Will definitely be back!
