Main Street Dental Partners; Dr. Marshall

Main Street dental partners has been my preferred dentist for 9 years. By far, Dr. Marshall and his team have been the best dental experiences in my 65 years of receiving dental care. He has a great and gentle technique and tries to accommodate my needs. Tabatha is wonderful dental hygienist and we always have things to discuss even with 3 instruments in my mouth! Last, but not least, Nadia in the front/back office always knows me and takes of my dental claims efficiently. When my dentist phobic husband needed emergency care, they were willing and able to get him scheduled. Dr. Marshall truly saved the day when I urgently needed to be seen. I was able to text him personally on a Sunday, and he responded right away with clear instructions that helped ease my concerns. He then made sure to see me first thing Monday morning. From the moment I arrived, he was attentive, calm, and genuinely focused on getting to the root of the issue, not rushing me through the appointment. In a situation that could have been very stressful, his professionalism and reassurance made all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful for his responsiveness and level of care. It’s rare to find a doctor who is this accessible, compassionate, and committed to their patients. Highly recommend.

I’m very impressed with Dr. Marshall and his staff. Everyone is professional and courteous. I’ve never waited for an appointment. As soon as I enter the building the staff is ready to take me. Dr. Marshall is attentive to any concerns and will take the time to discuss them. I really like that once I’m in the dentist chair, I don’t have to wait for Dr. Marshall to attend to other patients during my dental work. He focuses solely on my dental care. The staff values my time as a patient. And, they are just really nice people!! Although Medicare is not accepted, I still go there. I would rather spend more money for the quality work and exceptional staff. I could go on and on….

I am very pleased with Dr Marshall and his entire staff. Dr Marshall is confident , knowledgeable and professional. This is an office that makes you comfortable at every step of the process whatever that may be. They take their time , you never feel rushed and they are very gentle. This compares very favorably when measured against the corporate family practices in Marion that try to maximize their services for financial gain. I would highly recommend Dr Marshall’s practice and its worth the drive from other areas and communities!

Excellent and friendly staff. Dr. Marshall fitted me with a new night guard which I can also wear during the day when needed. Dental hygienists are great.
