They are in Huntington (Suffolk County) and I'm in Far Rockaway (Queens). I've never seen Main Source but my PA has had good experiences with them so sent my prescription there, and they deliveer. Literally and dependable. They kept in constant touch during the snowstorm of February 2026 until they delivered. Excellent service, very pleasant to deal with.

The pharmacy i had been using for years had closed on short notice. I showed up one day, and they were closed with a note on the door advising that they were closed permanently. I was not looking forward to finding a new pharmacy. My husband started using Mainsource as it was close to where he works. He couldn't speak more highly of Mainsource pharmacy, how easy they made the transition to a new pharmacy and most importantly, the staff and their outstanding customer service. He was relentless about me changing to MSP despite having just recently switched to another retail pharmacy that is notoriously short staffed and short on customer service to say the least. Main Source Pharmacy thus far has been reliable and very efficient. When it comes to delivering medication this pharmacy will deliver same day or next day fast and guaranteed. The staff are all cordial and professional. I live in the Borough of the Bronx and this particular pharmacy is located in Long Island, New York and the medication delivery is always on time. I recommend this pharmacy to anyone who is looking for reliable and responsible pharmacy. Don't let the distance fool you.

Main source was recommended to me from my mother. Our whole family uses them. The delivery is great if you are like me and do not like waiting on long lines. The pharmacist Anita (hope I spelled it right) is a great resource for any questions related to your medications. I have been using them for years and have no complaints. They are located in Huntington Village but if you do deliver throughout Long Island so if you are tired of packed pharmacies like I was it is definitely the pharmacy to use. ❤️
