MAIN ENTRANCE Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital

Just had the displeasure of going for an appointment with a hand specialist. It took 20 minutes or longer for the 1 person at the front desk just to check me in! Then, about 10-15 minutes later, my name was called presumably to see the Dr. I had an appointment with, no his PA came in he did a somewhat exam. He sent me for x-rays, and to follow up in 2 was for results (they are only there 1 day per week and will not be there next week). Mean while, I am thinking... did he not take my pain seriously?? I guess I am supposed to suffer for 2 weeks more 🤷🏽‍♀️. No way, CVS OTC here I come & search for a thorough Doctor WHO WILL HEAR ME 🤔🙃 ** UPDATE One day later, OTC is not helping.
