My daughter has been going to this location for 4 years now. Pleasant, clean place. But my reason for this review is to say Becky is awesome! My daughter did lab work back in September. No one seemed to locate the information. Every day, I kept repeating myself. Becky found the information after a long mix-up of old lab works. Thank you to this young lady! I’ve been repeating the same information for 4 months.

Primary cares doctors are good but if you don’t like having to see your primary care every 2 months and have your appointment to be 9am and leave at 3pm or more then don’t recommend coming here . When it comes up to referrals they will not give you. the front desk would say you have to see the doctor first. Just for you to keep in mind if they call you saying you have to come in the doctor wants to see you . It’s not gonna to be your primary care it’s gonna to be others doctors . You only get to see your primary care every 2 months. My primary care doctor for adults . She is a great person very very strict but she only strict because she actually care about her patients wellbeing health That’s the only reason why I keep coming dealing with the waits and long waits for appointments. When I first went there the receptionist Dwayne couldn't pronounce my daughter's name properly cause of that I missed my daughters appointment and had to wait again and we were the last to leave since then I've booked the first appointment which was the 8:40 why set my appointment at that time if youre going to take me an hour in. Mind you I was the first person to check in. And to top it off all the times I went the nurses and doctors would come in passed my scheduled time. Expect to wait 1-2 hours here

The doctors are good but expect to wait at least three hours in the waiting room for every appointment. Not even just to see the doctor - just to check out is another hour every time. It’s like going to a health clinic in an under developed nation.

I think if people decide to apply for a customer service job, they should know that they have to be patient. I understand that some people arrive rudely and perhaps with a bad attitude. BUT IT’S NOT THE FAULT OF THE REST OF US, and that's the problem. You arrive with a good attitude, ask a question, and they treat you like you're their employee or their worst enemy Not all of them, but most of them. It's sad because the nurses and doctors are very kind and that's why I come here. Please, you should improve that.
