Heidi P was honestly the sweetest nurse there and made such a big difference in my experience. She took really good care of me, checked in often, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She was patient, kind, and had such a calming attitude, which really helped and made me feel at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes her job seriously. Some of the other nurses seemed a bit tired or had an attitude at times, but that’s understandable since healthcare workers work long, exhausting hours. Even with that, Heidi stood out because of how warm and attentive she was from start to finish. I truly appreciated her care and kindness, and she made the experience much better than I expected.

I arrived at this hospital a couple of days ago. I really liked everything; the staff was very kind and caring. I have something to compare it to, because I was at Coney Island Hospital literally the day before I arrived, and it was like night and day. The nurses helped me right away, ran all the tests promptly, and quickly found me a room for further treatment. I was there for three days, and I can say that during those three days, they constantly checked on my well-being and health, helped with everything, and were always welcoming and friendly.

I got taken to this hospital for SVT at around 12 AM; they didn’t hook me up to a cardiac monitor until 2 AM. Meanwhile, the patient next to me had entered the hospital around 11 am yesterday with a high fever and signs of septicemia. When I got there (12 hours later) they were trying to figure out how to use the machine (Artic Sun Temperature Management System) to lower her temperature which was 105 when she first got to the hospital and 108 once they finally figured out how to use the machine (which probably took them over an hour). Then once they figured how to use the machine to hopefully lower her temperature, her temperature ended up getting higher. The medical staff could be heard saying that they hoped they didn’t having the setting on incorrectly and possibly could be heating her

I would like to rate this hospital as more than 1 star but unfortunately I cannot. I needed to take my mother to the ER as she was in immense pain and was having complications with bowel and excretion including seeing blood. When we got there, I signed in on the kiosk, and she was admitted fairly quickly. They were asking questions about the state of her health and when she started experiencing her symptoms but the intake process took anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes and although that wasn't a long amount of time, for someone in extreme pain, it certainly must have felt like centuries. Finally when she was admitted to the ER bed, that's where the real issues were. Most likely this is due to being understaffed but they didnt do timely checks on my mothers urine bag, they wouldn't respond in a

I came in for an outpatient surgery and as soon as I got there I wanted to leave. Hospital building looked incredibly old and dirty. The nurses are absolutely the worst! The nurse who took my blood stuck the needle in the wrong vein! Then blamed it on me saying I was “nervous”. Another nurse made a huge deal about my nose piercing, pushing back my surgery, (an ankle surgery by the way) she even wanted to pull it out. They ended up doing my surgery with it on anyways. Just horrible staff. The only great staff was my anesthesiologist, and surgeon ( and everyone who was in the OR) they were all amazing, my anesthesiologist made me feel less nervous while I was awake in the OR, he even came before my surgery and explained everything to me (regarding anesthesia) overall, the doctors and anesth
