Maimonides Geriatric Medicine

Forgetting is not one of my gifts (I'm in my '80s), so I cannot say how long I've been a patient at the Geriatric suite. It has been a while. Dr. Breznay is indescribably watchful, for instance, at an age where we need attention. Gwen at the front desk is ever-watchful, always preparing to share a laugh or two because she knows the importance of laughter. Let's not forget Kristen Mallon, social worker extraordinaire. This is where I go to discover the latest information on aging and the benefits of laughing. They keep their eyes on me.

This practice has been a miracle for my aged mother and for me as her caretaker. The doctors are the most excellent, dedicated, compassionate, smart, and caring physicians I have ever met. The entire staff are wonderfully giving and kind. I have nothing but admiration and gratitude for these people.

Called for assistance and was treated very rudely on the phone before being hung up on. The staff is very unprofessional.
