I came here for a CAT scan. My appointment was set for 3:45, then pushed to 5:20, and I am STILL sitting here — not checked in, not taken back, not given any explanation. This is outrageous. You are wasting people’s time, money, and patience — and acting like it doesn’t matter. There is no communication, no coordination, and absolutely no respect for patients. People here are dealing with health problems — not waiting for hours like an afterthought. This isn’t “just busy.” This is disorganized, careless, and totally unacceptable. I expect hospital leadership to address this immediately. If this is how you operate, we will escalate this to higher hospital administration and external oversight. My scheduled MRI scans have been canceled three times due to machine malfunctions. The next available appointment is in December. How could a hospital be without a working machine? Imagine you're in an emergency and the MRI machine is broken. Your life is in danger. This hospital is worse than those in third-world countries.

Doctors, please stop sending patients there. They give you an appointment for 9:30am and 11:30am 2 hours later I got up and left without being seen. People's time are valuable same as the people working there. Nobody should go to a place that needs to wait 3 hours to be seen

Horrible. My 5 year old needed an MRI. We waited 2 hrs after her appointment time. How do you expect her to stay still and calm after such a long wait? This place is dirty and disgusting. The bathrooms are horrendous

Absolutely awful service for appointment at Radiology department . I call and waited for 20 min.to be connected (which is OK) .I return the call made from Radiology desk Then the person by the name Latishia tried to convince that no one call me. She was very unprofessional, rude and said that she has no time to talk some one is waiting on another line. I waited too! Disgusting!! My husband is a donor to the hospital and here where he will stop sending donations. People working in the hospital has to have a special skills , have a normal language and respect Mrs S Korik
